Kim Matsunaga
Executive Director
Kim was born in Korea and has worked in adoption for more than 40 years. During that time, she has found homes for thousands of children. Kim received the Congressional Angels in Adoption Award. Families describe her as energetic and having a true love for working in the area of adoption. She and her husband have two children.
Cheryl Buddington
LCSW, Child Placement Supervisor.
Cheryl is an adoptive mom, therapist, adoption worker and trainer. Cheryl has over twenty years experience working with adoptive families and has adopted three children of her own.
Candace Pruett
Educator and Caseworker
Candace has been working in the field of child welfare for more than 25 years and has been specializing in adoption for 18 years. She was recipient of the 2002 Congressional Angels in Adoption Award. Candace is mom to 8 children, 7 of whom were adopted internationally. She is an active volunteer and past board member of Colorado Heritage Camps.
